Brand colors, fonts, voice, and buyer personas

We start with a brand tone session so every post sounds like you: not generic, not AI-sounding, not written for everyone and no one.

Social media audit and competitor research

A look at where your profiles stand today and what's working for others in your space, so we start with real direction.

Visual asset updates as needed

Profile photo, cover image, bio, and highlights, cleaned up and consistent before we start posting.

Hashtag and social search strategy

Researched sets that match your business type and location, reviewed and updated as what works shifts.

Initial content direction and planning

Before anything goes live, we agree on content pillars, posting cadence, and tone, so nothing feels random.

Monthly reporting and check-in

Via email, phone, or video call, whatever you prefer. A clear, plain-English report on what I did, what's working, what's not, and what comes next.

Why it matters

What people see when they look you up matters.

When someone hears about your business through a referral, a Google search, or a truck on the road, the next thing they often do is look you up on social media. What they find there (real work, real people, personality, and proof) shapes whether they feel confident reaching out. Good social media builds that trust. It also frees you from the task entirely: I handle planning, graphics, captions, scheduling, posting, and engagement start to finish so it stays consistent without landing on your plate.

Questions, answered

Common questions about social media management.

Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook is the standard starting point. A second platform, like Instagram, LinkedIn, or another that fits your audience, can be added for $125/month.
Do I have to be in the content?
No, but content with real people in it tends to perform better. Your face, your team, a quick clip of the work in progress. That kind of content builds trust in a way product shots alone don't. That said, plenty of businesses do great social media without anyone ever appearing on camera. If you're open to showing up occasionally, I'll encourage it. If you'd rather not, we'll make it work without you.
How do you make it actually sound like me?
I start with a brand tone session, pull from your existing emails and chats, and you approve sample writing before anything goes live. Most clients say "this sounds more like me than I sound."
Who creates the photos and video?
With the Essentials package, content comes primarily from photos and video you and your team provide: a finished project, today's special, a behind-the-scenes moment. You'd be surprised how much usable content you already have. With the Growth package, I come to your location once a month to capture fresh photos and short video, so original content is handled. If a project calls for more specialized photography, I have experienced photographers in my network I can connect you with.
What if I have content I want posted?
Send it over. You can post to your own accounts whenever you want. Nothing is off limits. If you want something worked into the regular content plan, that's easy too. The goal is for your social media to feel like yours, just handled.
What do you do with DMs?
I monitor your inbox and flag anything that needs a real business answer, like pricing questions, appointment requests, specific customer issues. I respond to general comments and simple engagement on your behalf. For anything that actually requires you, I flag it clearly so you can jump in. You're never out of the loop on conversations that matter.
